As a Fractional COO, Pam works to optimize people, processes, and profit to improve an organization's overall efficiency and effectiveness. Pam is passionate about strengths-based leadership development, building high-impact teams, and creating a culture of accountability for day-to-day operations. After selling her company, Pam obtained an ICF Professional Coach Certification and is working toward a Master Coach Certificate, logging over 2500 hours of coach experience. 

Pam has worked with startups and mature companies across various industries to meet and exceed their goals and objectives. Having relocated from Boulder to Kansas City and eventually landing in the Tampa Bay area, Pam is happy to flee the bitter cold and enjoy the outdoors. She loves kayaking, road cycling, and spending time with family and friends. Pam is in the process of publishing her first business book, “How to Go From Small Business Owner to the CEO seat.”

  • Employee productivity: engagement, recruiting, training, and performance.

  • Strengths-based management to develop high-impact teams for efficiency.

  • EOS, Vision, Values, and Accountability

  • Establish a culture that fosters diversity, collaboration, and communication.

  • Individual coaching, business mediation, and conflict management

Process

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient workflows.

  • Map out strategies, enhance performance, and utilize resources.

  • Enhance quality control standards to meet customer expectations.

  • Improve KPIs related to production, customer service, and cost efficiency.

  • Develop operational policies to ensure consistent performance.

  • Administrative compliance.

Profit

  • Analyze revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize growth.

  • Assist with budgeting and cost-saving measures to increase profitability.

  • Examine historical data to forecast long-term planning.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Product development, market expansion, mergers and acquisitions.
