As an operational CFO, Diesha gains a deep understanding of how her clients' businesses operate in order to generate both revenue and profits. She works closely with business owners to understand the results that they want to achieve and provides them with the financial leadership they need to succeed.
When she’s not crunching numbers, Diesha enjoys spending time outdoors - gardening, camping, & kayaking. In the winter, you’ll find her baking sourdough and reading seed catalogs dreaming of spring. On the weekends she’s dancing with friends to swing & blues music or sipping a whiskey on the rocks while deliberating how to change the world. She believes that good things happen one small change at a time.
Diesha believes that at the core of every solid business, there is a strong financial foundation. She helps her clients grow their companies with a sharp eye on their bottom line and clear goals to accomplish. Thoughtful and considerate, though highly analytical, she also takes time to understand the concerns of her clients and the impact that financial decisions have on personal lives and every aspect of running their businesses.
